  • Add 1 special high temperature searing plate
  • Add 1 grease trough with receptacle
  • Add a splash guard on the sides and rear of the searing plate

Put it all together and you have your answer: Montague's heavy duty, high production, specialized Steakhouse Broiler! You're assured perfect high speed broiling with true infraredradiant heat from the 42,000 BTUs/hr cast iron burners. With temperatures as high as 2500ºF (1372ºC), the intense infrared heat waves penetrate all exposed surfaces of the meat for perfect results every time.

  • Easily removable extra large capacity front mounted grease receptacle
  • Stainless steel front with remaining exterior black

  • 1" (2.5cm) thick grooved top plate
  • 42" (106.7cm) depth
  • Choose from the following models:
    • Model C36S with a 27" wide by 27" deep cooking grid (68.6cm x 68.6cm) and two burners
    • Model C45S with a 35" wide by 27" deep cooking grid (88.9cm x 68.6cm) and three burner
