Does your sandwich, salad, or pizza station have a need for speed? The Legend Prep Table keeps toppings within close reach and at proper temperatures for quicker prep and smart use of space. The raised cold rail features a high-performance glycol system. This design provides uniform, cold temperatures from top to bottom to maintain food quality and reduce waste. Refrigerated storage below holds full-size 18” x 26” sheet pans and dough boxes.

  • Cold rail holds 1/3, 1/6, or 1/9 food pans
