How much space do you have – single or double island

  • Single depth, compact offers access from both sides. Controls can be mounted on either side.
  • Double-depth, for facilities with more space and staff the double island is a perfect piece for a large space.

What are your cooking and serving needs:

  1. Top level options include shelves, salamander, cheesemelter, and passthrough cheesemelter
  2. Cooking level options, French top, hot top, open burner, plancha, griddle, and char-broiler
  3. Base level options, standard oven, convection oven, cabinet base with out without doors, refrigeratated base, and heated cabinet

Additional equipment add ons: wok range, pasta cooker, fryer
