The award-winning Montague Ice and Heat Sauté Station gives chefs easy access to cold, fresh ingredients as they cook. No extra steps required! The station’s glycol cooled raised rail holds cold foods at a consistent temperature to reduce food waste. Superior, two inch thick insulation protects cold foods from the heat of the powerful 30,000 BTU/hr. star or induction burners as they provide efficient cooking below. Glycol assist refrigeration uses the newest technology for consistent air temperatures and energy efficiency.

  • Available lengths: 36″ (91.4cm), 48″ (121.9cm), 60″ (152.4cm), and 72″ (182.9cm)
  • Choice of self-contained or remote configurations
  • 30,000 BTU/hr. gas burner or 3.5K induction burner per heating zone
  • Each drawer holds hotel pans 12″ x 20″ x 4″
