The Montague Pizza Oven provides the peak performance and quality craftmanship that operators have trusted for years. All models feature a fully lined interior of Cordierite decks and firebrick-lined sides and top. This design yields even baking and less turning of your pizzas. The Cordierite stone retains heat for quick recovery to keep production high and guests happy, even on your busiest nights.
