BUILT FOR HOW YOU WORK

  • Hearth is made of heavy steel plate with a full 2 ½” (6.4cm) thick heat-resistant refractory
  • 1 ¼” (3.2cm) thick high-grade refractory insulation on three sides for superior heat retention and longer equipment life
  • Firebox is lined with 1 ½” (3.8cm) thick high-grade refractory insulation
  • Two-position cooking grate is mounted with rollers and built with ¾” half-round wrought iron rods spaced 1″ apart
  • Adjustable counterbalanced hood helps minimize smoke
  • Large warming shelf directly above the hood safely heats plates and provides extra storage
  • Black finish with nickel-plated trim
  • 6″ (15.2cm) legs with height-adjustable bullet feet
  •  Stainless steel finish
  • Stainless steel left-side panel either full panel or upper half
  • Stainless steel right-side panel either full panel or upper half
  • Stainless steel back panel
  • Stainless steel bottom in base
  • Black finish with stainless steel trim
