  • Choose from cast iron radiant burners or ceramic cast iron "H" burners
  • Sizes range from 18" (45.72 cm) to 72" (182.9 cm) wide
  • Available as countertop model, freestanding, or with an oven base
  • Optional cast iron, round rod, or seafood grates are available
  • The Montague Radiant Broiler enables you to change the height of the grates from flat to a 3" (7.6 cm) slope to reduce flare-ups and increase consistency

  • Choose from powerful, high heat cast iron or stainless-steel radiant burners (19,000 BTU’s/hr.) or ceramic cast iron “H” burners (45,000 BTUs/hr.)
  • Each burner is controlled by an independent, high-temperature valve designed for longevity
  • Standard Ultra-Flow heavy-duty, double-sided/reversible cast iron grates
    • Ribbed side has 1-inch (25 cm) markings with a built-in grease trough
    • Flat side for broiling fish or other delicate products
  • Vertically adjustable cooking grates can be positioned flat or up to a 3″ (7.6 cm) slope for maximum grease drainage and reduced flare-ups
  • Full-width grease trough for quick transfer of excess grease into a removable container
  • Removable full-width debris screen under the burners
  • Removable full-width drip tray
