Montague comes through once again with our high performance infrared salamander broilers: the SB36/SB34 and SB3618. The SB36 and SB34 use a rapid start infrared ceramic tile burner rated at 32,000 BTUs/hr while the SB3618 utilizes a cast iron burner with tow rows of ceramic radiants and is rated at a whopping 42,000 BTUs/hr! Both burners generate intense infrared heat to cook quickly and efficiently with minimum shrinkage.

  • High temperature commercial valve and constant burning pilot for automatic ignition
  • SB36/SB34: Rapid Start infrared ceramic tile burner (32,000 BTUs/hr)
  • SB3618: Cast iron burner with two rows of ceramic radiants (42,000 BTUs/hr)
  • One nickel plated grid, 26 ¾" wide x 13 1/8" deep (67.9cm x 33.3cm)
  • Counter balanced grid assembly for effortless height adjustment
  • Infinite grid height adjustment within a 3" (7.6cm) range for precision broiling
  • Full width grease deflector
  • Full width grease receptacle


OPTIONS

  • Three installation options: counter, wall mount or range mount.
  • Stainless steel back
  • Interconnecting gas line between range and range mounted salamander broiler
  • "CE" approved models for use in the U.K. and Ireland
  • Note: The SB34 is 34" (86.4cm) wide and the SB36 is 36" (91.4cm) wide. All other dimensions are the same.
