Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking an experienced maintenance mechanic to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and repair our manufacturing equipment, motor pool, power tools and facility. The right individual must have previous experience in electrical, mechanical and electronics including reading blue prints and schematics. Must have the ability to effectively communicate instructions and interact with all levels of employees and outside vendors. A minimum of two years experience required. High School Diploma or GED preferred Technical school or related college courses a plus.
CAD
Drafter
CDE-07-05-01-MWS
The
CAD Drafter will be experienced in AutoCAD with an understanding of
sheet metal manufacturing and engineering and production processes.
He/She will provide direct support to Project Engineers and other
members of the engineering department. He/She must communicate
directly with production workers and service technicians on
engineering assigned projects. Job functions for the position
include; creating sales drawings, supporting project engineers,
supporting certification inspections, supporting Montague CAM,
supporting production, create, modify or revise P/NS, B.O.M.S, and
utility information using the Montague pick computer system,
administer projects as assigned by supervisor. This position
requires; strong AutoCAD experience with an A.S. degree in
engineering technology or equivalent work experience and 5
plus years applied AutoCAD skills, familiarity with
production processes and experience with B.O.M.s and product
documentation. Good computer and communication skills are necessary.
Knowledge of SolidWorks a definite plus.
Project
Engineer
PE-07-05-01-MWS
The
Project Engineer will be involved with all phases of the design,
specification, production, certification, performance and use and
servicing of Montague products. He/She will provide technical
expertise for Montague manufactured products. He/She will provide
direct support for production/manufacturing and indirect support to
sales, service, and purchasing. Duties for the position include;
administer engineering projects as assigned by supervisor, create,
modify, or revise P/Ns, B.O.M.s, and utility information using the
Montague Pick computer system, conduct routine testing of gas and
electric products for performance, durability, and compliance –
temperature monitoring, gas combustion analysis, electrical data,
evaluate service problems and assist with service solutions as
assigned, evaluate new vendor components for compliance with
specifications, assist production with assembly issues, maintain
compliance with certification and interact at all levels with product
certifications through UL, CSA, NSF, ETL, etc., provide technical
support to manufacturing, sales, service, and purchasing as
requested, create written / verbal communication related to internal
and external interactions, create reports, memos, ECNs, service
manuals, and other technical writings, use SolidWorks to create or
modify parts or components used for production, work with production
to create prototype parts, assemblies, and complete units, travel as
assigned to trade shows, job sites, test labs, vendor facilities, and
existing restaurants, use common hand / power tools and limited
fabrication equipment to mechanically assemble prototypes of sheet
metal, controls, burners, and mechanisms, re-engineering projects
related to production and service, search for and work with outside
vendors on new components. This position requires; Mechanical
Engineering degree with a B.S. or M.S. or equivalent work experience
plus 5 years minimum relevant job
history, a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills needed with
CAD 3D modeling experience, preferably SolidWorks, knowledge of heat
transfer and applications, temperature measurement, electrical
basics, mechanical design, sheet metal, and electro-mechanical
controls. Good computer and communication skills and reasoning
ability and creative ideas required. Appliance and natural gas
experience a plus.
Production Workers
PW-06-03-21-MWS
The Production Worker will use a variety of hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble ranges, ovens, subassemblies and sheet metal products. Must have the ability to measure accurately, the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals with the ability to read instructions and the ability to communicate instructions. Previous experience of at least one year as a production worker in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
MIG and TIG Welders
MT-06-03-21-MWS
TIG welders should have at least one year experience in a factory or assembly plant setting welding and finishing of stainless steel. MIG welders at least one year experience in production welding. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
